Shipment: Shipment is available in all over the world. We make products by order, thus, it can take about 5 working days. The goods are shipped about after a week after placing the order. If the production time of a product is longer, we notify about it in the product description. If the products are already made, we will ship them within 2 working days.

Free shipment in Europe and the USA, it takes about 2-6 weeks via Lithuanian Post.

Shipment via courier to the abovementioned countries is EUR 12:

Return:

If the product did not suit you, you can return it by contacting us by email and filling out the return form. If you did not like the size or colour, we will be happy to replace it with another product. The item must be returned within 30 working days from the date of its receipt. At the time of shipment, we will wait for a confirmation receipt, with the shipping tracking number. We will refund the money to the same bank account from which the payment for the order was made. The refund will be made after 10 working days. Our company is not responsible for the loss of the products during shipment.

Conditions for returning items:

• The returned item must be unused, not worn or otherwise damaged.

The item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and without losing its commercial appearance.

• The item must bear all manufacturer labels.
• The item must be packed in an appropriate packaging to protect the item from damage during transportation.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and the client is responsible for returning fees.
